WILL CME HELP MY CHILD?
A phone or email exchange will help determine if your child may benefit from an initial evaluation. If the findings of the evaluation result in the determination that Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) is an appropriate intervention for the child, then a plan of care will include future CME treatment sessions. If CME is not deemed to be an appropriate intervention, there are other treatment techniques that Kara is an expert in, including Neuro-developmental Treatment Technique (NDT).
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Kara accepts Medicaid and private pay via check or credit card. A Superbill is provided for families who want to submit claims to their private insurance company for reimbursement. Austin Pediatric PT is an out-of-network provider for private insurance plans. Contact us if you would like an estimate of your out of pocket costs.
DO YOU DO OTHER TYPES OF THERAPY?
Kara is able to treat infants and children with motor delays or torticollis using other techniques including Neuro-developmental Treatment (NDT) techniques, kinesiotaping, Theratogs and other interventions when applicable, in addition to CME.
